Your host & guide
Freedom Quinta is cared for by Beth, who hosts the house, the farm, and every guest who comes through its gate. Raised in a missionary family in West Africa, she grew up shaped by faith, community, and a deep trust in God’s guidance.
That upbringing became a calling: to connect people with God’s hope in a place where hearts can soften and lives can be gently realigned in His presence. As a social worker and humanitarian, Beth knows firsthand what rest and reset cost, and what they give back.
She brings that empathy, courage, and a listening ear to every guest who steps away from routine here to receive what they need from God.
Whether you seek solitude or shared moments of prayer and worship, Beth and the team offer encouragement, quiet support, and space to simply be.
